Wood Chipper
“Yulong” brand GX series Drum Wood Chipper is one kind of special equipment for producing wood chips, widely used in the raw material preparing process in the factories of flakeboard, fiberboard, papermaking and wood chips making plant. Small drum type wood chipper is the best equipment for factory’s laboratory preparing material.
Raw material for Drum type wood chipper cutting is mainly small trail wood, lumbering remainds (such as branches, twigs, tress etc) and woodworking remainds ( such as slab, plank, log core, waste veneer etc). It also can be used to chip non-lignin raw material (such as flax pole, bulrush, bamboo etc).
The GX series wood chipper is consisted of machine body, blade roll, high and low feeder, belt conveyor and hydraulic system.
The machine body is welded by the special high intensity steel plate, which is the basement of whole machine.
The blade roll is installed two, three or four blades. All the blades will be fixed on blade roll by using special bolts and thrust piece. The assembly of high feeder will be floated up and down by using hydraulic system according to the requirement of different cutting thickness. On the bottom of wood chipper, there is one screen plate, which can separate the wood chips. Standard chips will be dropped down through this screen plate.
Hydraulic system: the oil pump will put the oil into hydro-cylinder, which can raise the upper cover of this machine, and be convenient for discharging the blade. In the maintenance, the assembly of high feeder should be rised, it will be more convenient for adjust the gap between fly blade and dead knife and discharge of pecten.
